Job Description Telesales Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Outbound Sales (Mandatory)

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Telesales Executive for our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English and strong experience in outbound calling and sales conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and record follow-up details
• Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the team leader/manager for daily reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of outbound telesales experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent convincing and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
