Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified inbound leads (no cold calling)
- Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets
- Suggest event concepts, décor ideas, F&B options, and experience packages
- Build trust with clients and convert inquiries into confirmed events
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth event execution
- Share insights with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversions
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in sales (events/food/hospitality industry is a plus)
- Customer-first approach and strong ownership
- Confident, target-driven, and good at relationship-building
