Zytreax Consults is hiring Call Centre Executives to handle client interactions for real estate and insurance services. The role focuses on outbound/inbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting to support the sales team’s targets.

*## Key responsibilities*

- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers for real estate and insurance products.  

- Explain project/property and insurance details, handle basic queries, and generate interest.  

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings, site visits, or call-backs for the sales team.  

- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM or tracking sheets.  

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as defined by management.  

- Provide timely feedback from customers to improve scripts, offers, and processes.  

*## Required skills and qualifications*

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic to good English; additional regional languages are an advantage.  

- Good listening skills, objection-handling ability, and a persuasive, confident phone manner.  

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM/Excel).  

- Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with performance metrics.  

*## Preferred attributes*

- Experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or any outbound sales process.  

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends as per business requirement.  

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn and grow into senior roles (Senior Executive / Team Leader / Field Sales).
