Telesales Executive

Job Title:

Sales Executive – InsuranceIndustry: Insurance (Life, General & Health)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

• Key Responsibilities:
• Sell Life, General, and Health Insurance products to individual and corporate clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Explain insurance products, policy benefits, and terms clearly to customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales
• Proven experience in Life, General & Health Insurance products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
