Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential drivers from provided data
- Explain company services, earnings, and onboarding process
- Follow up with interested drivers and convert leads
- Maintain call records and update data regularly
- Handle basic queries from drivers
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is a plus
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle targets
