Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
