Telesales Executive

Job Description:

A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls

Explain products/services, offers, and benefits to customers

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Generate leads and close sales over the phone

Maintain accurate customer records and call logs

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and follow up effectively

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Proven experience in telesales or telecalling (preferred)

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling
