🚨 We Are Hiring – Telesales Executive (Renewal Cards) 🚨
Client: SBI Card
Payroll: Genius HR Tech Ltd
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC
🎓 Qualification: Graduate
🕒 Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Role: Customer Retention / Calling Executive
Key Responsibilities:
* Call existing customers who refused to accept renewed SBI Cards
* Understand customer concerns and provide solutions
* Explain card features and benefits to retain customers
* Maintain call records in the CRM system
* Achieve daily calling and retention targets
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Convincing & negotiation ability
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools
