Role Overview:-

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telesales Executive who can connect with students and parents, explain our learning programs, and drive enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with warm leads (students/parents)

Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

Handle objections and build trust with prospectsMaintain call records and update CRM regularly

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Required Skills:

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Good Hindi and basic English speaking ability

Ability to handle objections and close sales

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or calling systems

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Eligibility: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)

Freshers with good communication can apply

Prior telesales or counselling experience is a plus
