Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads in the sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Stay aware of competitors, industry updates, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Qualification: 12th/Graduation
• 6 months - 2 years of experience in sales/Telesales.
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English).
• Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM (training will be provided).
