Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Explain home loan, loan against property, balance transfer, and other loan services
• Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales/relationship team
• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records
• Schedule appointments or callbacks as required
• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
