Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions through Voice, Chat, and Sales Processes while ensuring high customer satisfaction and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

✅ Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests

✅ Provide accurate information about products and services

✅ Achieve sales targets (for sales process roles)

✅ Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction

✅ Maintain proper records of customer interactions

✅ Follow company guidelines, compliance, and communication standards

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Fresher and experienced Customer Service / Sales / BPO preferred

✔ Good communication skills in English & Hindi

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Comfortable with Work From Office setup

✔ Customer handling and problem-solving skills

✔ Sales-driven mindset (for sales roles)

✔ Age Limit: Up to 32 years
