Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products, services, or new offers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and promote products/services.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer information in the database.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Provide feedback to the team regarding customer concerns.
