Telesales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly rider acquisition targets.

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to onboard gig delivery riders to the Baaz Bikes platform.

Maintain sales funnels, pipelines, and projections to ensure consistent performance.

Analyze and report sales performance, lead conversions, and achievement metrics.

Develop and implement strategies to improve telesales efficiency and conversion rates.

Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and rider engagement.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align campaigns and improve lead flow.

Present performance insights and MIS reports to senior management regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales or inside sales — experience in the gig economy, logistics, or EV sector preferred.

Strong command of Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
