Job Description :- We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for soliciting sales over the calls. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on cutomer needs to close sales. A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales.

• Handle inbound calls from customers with sales inquiries.

• Explain product features and benefits convincingly.

• Achieve and exceed predefined sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on sales leads.

• Update customer information in the customer database.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous 1 year experience in telesales in BPO company.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
