Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves making outbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Prior experience in the medical field is not required, but candidates with medical-related knowledge or experience will be considered an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and overall performance.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and strong work ethic.
• Medical field experience is NOT required but will be a plus point.
• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
