Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database.
• Introduce and explain our CA services related to taxation, including tax filing, GST compliance, and advisory.
• Answer client inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.

Sales Generation:

• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
• Persuade clients to purchase our taxation services by highlighting benefits and addressing objections.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Follow-ups and Relationship Management:

• Schedule follow-up calls with interested leads to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

Database Management:

• Accurately record client details, conversations, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely updates and follow-ups are logged in the system

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Basic understanding of taxation services is an advantage (training will be provided).
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
