Job Description
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements
- Draft professional emails for proposals and follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales and suppliers for pricing & specifications
- Maintain records of quotations and customer communication
- Follow up with clients to close inquiries
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & email drafting
- Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided)
- Prior experience in quotation / backend sales preferred
