Vidyakul is building one of India’s most impactful education platforms for Bharat’s state-board students through a scalable hybrid learning model. As our content scale grows, strong visual packaging — especially thumbnails — is critical to reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Design high-impact, high-CTR thumbnails for YouTube, social media, and campaigns

* Create multiple thumbnail variations for A/B testing and performance improvement

* Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to align visuals with content goals

* Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all thumbnails

* Adapt designs based on analytics, feedback, and viewer behavior insights

* Stay updated with YouTube trends, creator styles, and packaging formats

* Edit and enhance visuals using professional design tools

* Deliver high-quality creatives within fast production timelines

Requirements

* 2+ years experience as a Thumbnail Designer / Graphic Designer

* Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

* Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy

* Ability to create attention-driving visuals that improve clicks and retention

* Good collaboration and communication skills

* Portfolio with thumbnail work is mandatory
