JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: Operational Travel Consultant (Hotels & Holidays Packages)

· Selling Domestic / International destinations holiday packages.

· Book transportation & hotel reservations

· Designing Tour Packages and convert Prospect to Sales.

· Generating leads for B2C OR B2B using Online and/ or offline modes

· Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers

· Provide customer with brochures publications containing travel information, like local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations

· Developing and/ or maintaining the complete database for all hotel tie-ups and daily financial transactions.

· Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices.

· Preparing customized itinerary & costing according to customer needs. Keep regular touch with clients & service providers

· Coordinating with clients for their visa documents

· Preparing travel vouchers

· Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls.

· Assist & explain clients about their tour plan at the time of final handover.

· Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results.

· Confer and coordinate for audits with the internal and external auditors.

Experience required minimum 6months to 2yrs into the same industry

Salary upto 30k - 45k In hand (According to the experience)

6days working & No Cab facility
