We are looking for a Travel Consultant - Operations for our client place based at Gurugram, Haryana. As an Travel Consultant - Operation, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of travel services. This includes managing client relations, preparing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, reservations and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Your role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional travel experience to our clients

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Manage and coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for clients.
• Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies and guidelines.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless travel operations.
• Monitor and manage travel budgets and expenses.
• Resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during travel.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
