Itinerary & Costing: Plan and design customized tours (FITs, groups, MICE) with detailed cost sheets, proposals, and quotes.

Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide destination expertise, and act as the main contact for international clients/operators.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transporters, guides, airlines, and other suppliers for bookings and smooth operations.

Booking Management: Process reservations, manage confirmations, prepare vouchers, invoices, and manage documentation.

Operations: Oversee pre-tour, on-tour, and post-tour phases, ensuring service quality and handling last-minute changes or issues.

Relationship Building: Develop strong vendor relationships and focus on high customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Inbound tour operations (DMC/Tour Operator).

Knowledge: Strong grasp of destinations, hotels, transport, and costing.

Communication: Excellent written/verbal English (other languages a plus).

Technical: MS Office, travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).

Soft Skills: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, problem-solving, multitasking, self-motivated, negotiation.
