Travel Sales Consultant

Job Description : We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to handle travel inquiries, design customized travel packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, good destination knowledge, and experience in handling domestic and international travel products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
• Design and sell customized domestic and international tour packages
• Provide accurate information on destinations, hotels, flights, visas, and sightseeing
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and costings
• Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with suppliers for hotel bookings, transfers, tours, and vouchers
• Ensure timely delivery of vouchers and travel documents to clients
• Maintain client records and build long-term customer relationships
• Handle post-sales support and resolve client issues professionally
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in travel sales or tour operations
• Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to close deals and work under sales targets
• Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp Business
• Experience with CRM or travel software is a plus
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused
• Preferred Skills Knowledge of Both DOmestic and International Destinations
• Experience in B2C travel sales
