Two Wheeler Mechanic

Location: Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad

Experience: 3–8 Years

CTC: Up to 2.5 to ₹4.5 LPA

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Service Advisor to handle customer interactions, understand bike issues, and prepare job cards for service and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer bike problems and explain service solutions

Prepare and manage job cards accurately

Coordinate with technicians for timely service

Handle customer queries and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

3–8 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Technician (two-wheeler preferred)

Good technical knowledge of bikes

Well-spoken with strong customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge
