Key Responsibilities:💇‍♀️ Client Consultation:

• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, face shape, and lifestyle before cutting, styling, or coloring.
• Suggest hairstyles that suit their personality while respecting their choices.

💆‍♀️ Hair Services:

• Perform expert haircuts, blow-dries, coloring, highlights, and styling for both men and women.
• Must have strong skills in men’s grooming — beard setting, trimming, and styling.
• Provide professional advice on hair care and maintenance.

🧴 Product Knowledge:

• Recommend the right hair care products (shampoo, mask, serum, etc.) based on hair type and concerns.
• Guide clients on how to maintain healthy hair at home.

🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness:

• Sanitize all tools (scissors, combs, brushes) after every client.
• Keep towels, aprons, and the workstation clean and organized at all times.

😊 Client Experience:

• Be polite, confident, and attentive throughout the service.
• Ensure every client leaves the salon happy, satisfied, and confident with their look.
• Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in unisex hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Strong knowledge of current hair trends and professional techniques.
• Must be punctual and able to commute easily to the workplace.
• Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills are a must.
