US SHIPMENT LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

1 - We are V-Power Logistics, a growing logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in international shipments, especially US logistics operations. We work closely with clients, carriers, and vendors to manage end-to-end shipment processes including pricing, documentation, and coordination.

For this role, we are hiring a Rate Request Executive, where your main responsibility will be to handle pricing inquiries for US shipments. This role involves both voice (70%) and email (30%) communication, so strong communication and coordination skills are very important.

You will be interacting with clients, understanding their shipment requirements, coordinating with carriers/vendors to get the best possible rates, and sharing accurate quotations within timelines. This role is ideal for someone who is quick, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our core work involves managing end-to-end shipment processes including documentation, coordination with clients and carriers, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

In logistics, documentation plays a very critical role, especially for US shipments where compliance requirements like ISF (Importer Security Filing) and AES (Automated Export System) are mandatory. Even small errors can cause delays, penalties, or shipment holds.

For this role, you will mainly handle shipment documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), Proof of Delivery (POD), ISF, and AES filings. You will also coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and timely shipment processing.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple shipments, and is looking to grow in the international logistics and freight forwarding domain.
