About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Valet Supervisor to lead daily valet operations in Gurgaon. You’ll be responsible for managing the valet team, ensuring smooth traffic flow, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining vehicle safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and schedule valet staff efficiently  

- Ensure smooth vehicle parking and traffic management  

- Welcome guests and maintain high service standards  

- Train and support valet attendants  

- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism  

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in valet/hospitality operations  

- Strong leadership and communication skills  

- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays  

- Valid driving license with clean record
