Job Description
🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who can convert raw hospital, doctor and patient footage into high-impact reels, shorts and YouTube videos.
You will play an important role in building our digital presence and helping patients understand our treatments and services through powerful video storytelling.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Edit short and long-form videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube videos & Shorts
- Facebook & ad creatives
- Create engaging healthcare videos from doctor shoots, patient stories and educational content
- Add:
- Subtitles / captions
- Motion graphics
- Transitions and background music
- Create high-retention edits for medical and wellness content
- Ensure videos follow brand style and professional healthcare tone
- Coordinate with doctors, marketing team and content creators
- Deliver edits on tight deadlines
- Organize raw footage, project files and exports
🎓 Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in video editing (portfolio mandatory)
- Good command of:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of:
- After Effects / motion graphics
- Strong understanding of:
- pacing, hooks and storytelling for social media
- Experience in creating subtitles and vertical video formats
- Ability to take feedback from doctors and marketing team professionally
