The Role 

We are looking for an, highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to take ownership of our 

visual content engine. You will be responsible for shooting high-quality podcast episodes and 

consulting promo material, and transforming that raw footage into polished, authority-

building assets for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. 

Key Responsibilities 

Production & Shooting: Lead the end-to-end filming process for the podcast 

and talking-head consulting videos. Manage lighting, camera framing, and audio 

setup to ensure a premium, professional look and feel. 

Long-Form Editing: Edit full-length podcast episodes with a focus on narrative flow, 

multi-cam switching (if applicable), color grading, and crisp audio mixing. 

Short-Form Repurposing: Extract high-value moments from long-form content to 

create engaging, fast-paced Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video snippets 

optimized for audience retention. 

Visual Consistency: Ensure all video assets align with the strategic, premium 

aesthetic of our brand consulting firm. 

File Management: Organize, back up, and manage all raw and edited video assets 

efficiently. 

Must-Haves

Your Own Camera Gear: You must own a professional-grade camera capable of 

shooting high-quality, crisp video (minimum 4K preferred), along with basic lenses. 

Your Own Editing Setup: You must have a high-performance laptop or desktop 

equipped with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, 

DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro). 

What You Bring to the Table 

Proven experience shooting and editing podcasts, interviews, or educational "talking-

head" content. 

A solid understanding of basic lighting setups and clean audio recording. 

A sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and current social media trends (you know what 

makes a viewer stop scrolling). 

The ability to work independently, manage your own deadlines, and take creative 

direction without needing micromanagement.
