Job Description
Role Brief:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for Tourism & E-commerce support process. The candidate will handle customer queries related to bookings, orders, cancellations, refunds, tracking, and general inquiries via call/chat/email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Assist with travel bookings, modifications & cancellations (Tourism process)
- Resolve order, payment, return & refund queries (E-commerce process)
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Eligibility:
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer service
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
Work Details:
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts (9 AM – 9 PM window)
- Rotational Week-offs
- Cab facility for odd hours
- 3 Interview Rounds
