Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food & beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen/bar
- Supervise and guide stewards during service hours
- Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints politely and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policy
- Monitor table turnover and service timing
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service SOPs
- Assist in billing and cash handling when required
- Train new stewards and support team development
