Job Summary:

A Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages as per company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
• Handle guest queries and resolve basic concerns
• Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards
• Assist in billing and clearing tables

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills
• Presentable personality
• Ability to work in shifts
• Prior experience in hospitality preferred
