Warehouse Executive

Job Description:

- Unload loaded crates with goods/items from trucks & load the empty crates in the trucks.

- GRN & Stacking (Putaway) of the unloaded items in the racks.

- Pick the orders placed by the customers from the racks, get them packed, and hand them over to the delivery partners within TAT.

- Maintain cycle count, audit and sanitize the racks on a daily basis.

- Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.

- Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate issues & concerns.

- The candidate must know how to read English & Hindi.

- The candidate must be aware of his salary package.

- The candidate must possess the minimum qualifications required for the particular post.

- The candidate must be aware of his notice period of 3 days. If the candidate leaves (resigns/absconds) without serving notice period of 3 days after marking resignation in app, an amount equal to his 3-day salary will be deducted from his salary.

- The candidates must have an Aadhar card and Educational Qualification documents. He must be 18 years old as per Aadhar.

- The candidates must be ready to work in rotational shifts and to be transferred to nearby stores in the future as per company requirements

**Variable Salary - Rs.1000/- (Attendance Allowance if employees work for 26/27 days in a month of 30/31 Days excluding Week-Off and on following the roster) + Leave Encashment (Basic salary of 1.75 days).**Mandatory Saturday & Sunday Working.
