Warehouse Executive

A Warehouse Executive is responsible for the daily receiving of all goods at the Store as well as for maintaining the stock rooms, ensuring data entry.

Location: Delhi NCR

Job responsibilities:

§ Ensure damage, expiry and quality checks of the products received

§ Ensure that the received goods match the purchase orders with respect to quantity & weight

§ Ensure that the CP & MRP mismatch in the records should be zero

§ Ensure scanning of the bar code at the time of receiving

§ Stock segregation (sellable and consumable, damaged and RTV) for storage

§ Database management- Booking DAD, Dump & Consumption details, GRN & invoice booking

§ Responsible for warehouse inventory management- ensure that all stocks received are available for sale at the store-floor

§ Ensure proper vendor scheduling

§ Ensure timely execution of physical inventory of warehouse as per the schedule
