Job Description
Application Warehousing – 4 NFTEs
Ø Barcode gunning on physical applications
Ø Application number to be manually captured by user and shared with processing agency
Ø Application data to be uploaded on CROWN portal.
Ø User will perform boxing of applications (CROWN boxes to be kept in advance at processing centers)
Ø Boxes to be sealed and handover to be performed to CROWN
Ø MIS preparation
Current per day volume at processing centers expected to increase-
- NSB: 400 applications
- Offshoot: 1000 applications
- NCCB: 2500 applications
Data Reporting – 1 NFTE
Ø Data MISs for Pre-Acquisition, Card Delivery, Rems, KYC etc.
Ø Prepare & Publish daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for management.
Ø Deliver reports to stakeholders in a timely manner for operational and strategic decisions.
Ø Ensure accuracy in reports
