Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our Gurgaon warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-order volumes (2,000–3,000 orders per day), ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards in packing, dispatch, and inventory management.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate warehouse and packing operations.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of 2,000–3,000 orders per day.
• Monitor packing quality to prevent damage during transit and maintain packaging standards.
• Manage and train warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain inventory of packing materials; coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams for on-time order delivery.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and reduce wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
• Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics supervision.
• Proven ability to handle bulk orders and fast-paced warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of packing materials and handling fragile items.
• Proficiency in warehouse inventory systems or ERP tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
