Web Developer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented In-House Web Designer to manage and elevate our digital presence. As a key member of our internal team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the visual identity, usability, and functionality of our company website and other digital assets. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to translate business goals into high-impact online experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept: Conceptualize and design responsive website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces (UI) that align with brand guidelines.
• UX/UI Strategy: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent and improve user experience (UX).
• Site Maintenance: Regularly update and refresh website content, banners, and promotional graphics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaboration: Partner with front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
• Optimization: Conduct testing for cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness; optimize sites for speed and performance.
• Brand Consistency: Establish and maintain design standards and style guides to ensure a unified look across all digital platforms.
• Internal Support: Provide design assets for social media, email marketing, and internal presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of professional web design experience, preferably in-house or at a digital agency.
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of live, responsive web projects.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes
