Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer

Job Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design high-quality graphics for our apparel merchandise, including logos, typography, and illustrations.

• Developing illustrations, logos, and other visual designs.

• Understanding and abiding by Company’s branding guidelines.

• Researching and understanding Company’s audience and market base.

• Taking feedback and making necessary adjustments to design work

• Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop and execute creative design concepts and ideas.

• Work with printing partners to ensure high-quality print results.

• Manage and maintain the company's branding guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's brand identity.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate them into your work.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met.

• Create creatives including Email designing, brochures, posters, web layouts, emails, social posts, etc.

• Study design briefs and create storyboards

• Conceptualize, visualize and create creatives that bring ideas to life.

• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Collaborate with internal team members.

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

• Working with copywriting team to produce final designs

• Ensuring final designs are always visually appealing and on brand.

Requirements:

• A degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on apparel merchandise design.

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
