Welder / Fitter

• Welding Operations: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or arc welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Fabrication & Repair: Cut, shape, and join metal parts (e.g., steel, aluminum) for structures and machinery.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, 3D models, and engineering drawings.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including wearing protective gear, to manage high heat, electricity, and hazardous fumes.
• Quality Inspection: Test and inspect welded surfaces to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and repair welding machinery and tools. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication methods.
• Tool Handling: Ability to operate torches,Laser weldind, and measuring instruments.
• Education/Training: High school diploma, often accompanied by ITI, technical school certification, or apprenticeship.
