Workshop Manager

Workshop Operations Management – Oversee day-to-day workshop activities including service, repairs, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth workflow.

Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain high service standards.

Customer Satisfaction – Handle escalated customer issues, ensure prompt resolution, and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.

Quality Control – Monitor and ensure adherence to KTM service protocols, safety standards, and quality check processes before vehicle delivery.

Inventory & Tools Management – Ensure availability and proper usage of spare parts, consumables, and special tools.

Reporting & Targets – Track service revenue, labour sales, and productivity metrics; prepare monthly reports and meet OEM-set performance targets.

Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and statutory requirements.
