Role Overview

We are looking for a YouTube SEO & Growth Manager who will lead the organic growth of Vidyakul’s YouTube channels and help scale high-impact educational content for Bharat’s state-board students. This role will sit at the intersection of content, analytics, and growth — ensuring every video reaches the right student and drives meaningful learning outcomes

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end YouTube SEO (titles, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, packaging)

* Drive organic growth across views, subscribers, watch time, and retention

* Build keyword strategy aligned with student search intent and exam cycles

* Analyze analytics (CTR, retention, impressions) and turn insights into actions

* Partner with academic, content, and creative teams on data-driven content planning

* Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and formats to improve performance

* Scale Shorts and cross-platform distribution for reach expansion

* Identify new formats, series, and growth experiments

* Track competitor strategies and algorithm shifts to stay ahead

Requirements

* 3+ years in YouTube growth / SEO / channel management

* Proven track record of scaling channels (brand or creator)

* Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and growth frameworks

* Hands-on with YouTube Studio, keyword tools, and analytics platforms

* Creative + data-driven mindset with strong ownership
