Summary:
As an Gen AI Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your primary focus will be on evaluating, prioritizing, and designing artificial intelligence use cases that address specific business challenges and opportunities. Your typical day will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify the necessary data and technology requirements, all while striving to simplify and enhance business processes. You will be dedicated to delivering measurable value outcomes and fostering an ecosystem that promotes scaled AI adoption within the organization, ensuring that the solutions you design are not only innovative but also practical and impactful.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through AI solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI (Secondary skill mandatory input)
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business goals.
- Familiarity with data governance and management practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
