 Roles & responsibilities

•The Learning Coordinator will be responsible for providing support on a variety of learning programs and projects organized by the KPMG Business School Audit team. •The role requires excellent organization and ability to prioritize effectively to deliver in line with client expectations. High standards of both verbal and written communication skills are a must, which include being able to liaise with external clients, colleagues and with staff at all levels of the firm. Excellent attention to detail is required alongside good IT skills for data input and information management across a number of systems. •The individual should be a self-starter, someone who can work with minimal supervision, manage own workload, work effectively as part of a team, problem solve and provide support to colleagues and management as and when required.  A robust character, able to remain calm under pressure, confident and self-motivated, initiating action to improve service to the business.

What you will do:

·Act as a primary contact for inquiries from internal employees seeking training information. Monitor mailboxes for inquiries, action requests and escalate as appropriate. Track to ensure requests have been actioned. ·Test web-based training (WBT) for quality and functionality prior to training being released. ·Support delivery of virtual classroom sessions, including setup in advance of sessions, providing support in live sessions and reconciling attendance. ·Create post-course survey evaluations using Metrics that Matter (MTM) tool. Analyze and summarize survey evaluation results. ·Assisting with pre-training activities including setting up courses on the LMS, creating calendar placeholders and collaborating with course owners to manage registrations for live sessions. ·Creating participant materials and transcripts for web-based training. ·Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and standard operating procedures. ·Support all other tasks as assigned.

Educational qualifications

•Non-tech graduate - BA, B. Com, B.Ed  or BE, BCA

Work experience

·0 to 6 months’ business experience in Learning and Development in a client services environment, preferably in a large or complex firm ·At times when business needs arise, employees may be required to work beyond their normal work day or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job.  Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Knowledge of SuccessFactors, Kaltura and reporting an asset.

Key behavioral attributes/requirements

·Self-motivated and independent worker ·Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ·Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading; English language proficiency a must ·High degree of initiative and judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision ·Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities with tight deadlines ·Effective communicator both written and verbal ·Collaborative team player.
