The person in this role will generate and analyze reports; enter appropriate data to facilitate the uninterrupted flow of the Engagement Review process; send communications alerting employees to anomalies; monitor employee compliance; alert appropriate leads with concerns and be the point of contact for other Support groups to update data points as necessary.The role holder will need good communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.


Operational administrative duties to include:
•Effectively manage and execute administrative processes within HRand Benefits.•Assist with creating reports and data input into HR systems.•Effectively execute the day-to-day work, ensuring deadlines are met,processes are well documented and service level agreements aremet.•Process escalated issues/open questions related to partners,employees, HR, and key stakeholders.•Assess, identify and develop process improvements within thedepartment.
