Analyst

As an Analyst in the Account Management team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, understanding stakeholder needs, leverage best practices from peers for additional services, and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

•Serving as the primary point of contact to stakeholders for designated Accounts •Monitoring account performance to develop insights for stakeholders •Prepare weekly/monthly performance report, organization charts, newsletters, and onboarding packs for aligned accounts •Work with senior team members to become as trusted advisor to stakeholders and offering insights to enable them achieve their account plans •Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account objectives and need •Participating to client service team meetings •Work closely with the program lead/peer group to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to accounts •Providing support for invoicing and client onboarding processes, serving as a point of contact for engagement team inquiries related to contractual support •Able to run self-reviews on the deliverables and seek help of senior team members in preparing SOPs and quality checklists

Provide help to peers and team members during the bandwidth issues
