11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Roles & responsibilities
- Updating Databases internally
- Preparing and amending a variety of documents including HR documents, recruitment guides, secondment documentation
- HR compliance and new joiner onboarding (welcome packs/ buddy program)
- Updating policy documentation
- Preparing various reports
- Reporting on HR metrics – eg. Company turnover
- Supporting on Adhoc HR and people related initiatives
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate
- Work experience
- Graduate with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
- Good IT skills and Working knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Word and Outlook
Preferred technical & functional skills
- Working with Excel, Word, Power Point
Key behavioral attributes/requirements
- Self-Motivated
- Adaptable and flexible
- Takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Ability to work under high pressure environment while being flexible
- Proven performance management ability
