Analyst
•Work with the onshore e-mail Marketing Manager to provide support in the production and execution of e-mail campaigns and to ensure the highest level of success•Provide assistance in implementation and coordination of all e-mail projects. This includes email build, configuration and scheduling in marketing automation platforms and technologies (SFMC)•Manage e-mail request tracker and acknowledge requests within the stipulated SLA•Encourage adoption of e-mail best practices such as personalization, dynamic content, A/B testing etc.•Track e-mail campaign performance and make recommendations to marketers•Measure e-mail KPIs such as open rate and click-through rate and drive insights•Maintain KPMG brand and channel standards with stellar attention to detail•Collaborate with CRM teams to monitor contact data and suggest improvements•Work with the onshore e-mail Marketing Manager to provide support in the production and execution of e-mail campaigns and to ensure the highest level of success•Provide assistance in implementation and coordination of all e-mail projects. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of studyWork experience
•0-2 years Business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (experience in a professional services firm would be an advantageExperience Level
