Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for an Analyst in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will include delivering and executing project(s) on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to:

•Be part of a team to deliver a process as per the SOP, undertake assignments etc as per the required deliverable assigned to you •Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders •Follow regular updates on work pipeline, and work closely within the entire team. •Manage all tasks related to risk assessment which will include Client as well Engagement Evaluations (for both Acceptance/new & Continuance clients), KYC checks. •Strong ability to manage workflow tool and along with the team to deliver work using other internal KPMG tools. •Ability to comprehend & articulate risk basis strong knowledge of regulations & guidelines from the international arena relating to sanction list. Also, have ability to see holistic view of in order to mitigate risk wherever possible. •Conduct effective background checks (KYC) with strong ability to effectively use databases/desktop research which includes regulatory websites, litigation databases, news aggregators to gather & capture adverse press, PEPs, sanctions alert etc. •Assessing, analyzing and documenting results with good English writing and articulation skills •Monitor and take ownership of own effective productive utilization.

Educational qualifications

•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute

Work experience

•Graduate with 0-2 year of experience. Preferably with commerce background
