Summary:
As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing existing systems, and creating innovative solutions that align with business objectives. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure they meet user needs, while also documenting processes and providing support throughout the application lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations through well-designed applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design.
- Document application specifications and design processes to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with user experience design to enhance application usability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
