Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather information, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their application in contact center environments.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to identify trends and potential issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
